Cool-Ledge is a family owned and operated vacation resort located on Lake George in Basin Bay in Diamond Point, NY. We have 14 rentals all with a separate primary bedroom, fully equipped kitchens including ovens and microwaves, full baths with tub and shower, heat, ceiling fans, cable TV, and a picnic area with grill.
Our one-bedroom units are in one building, with three facing the lake and three adjoining the main parking lot.
Our two-bedroom cottages all have a lake view, just 200’ from the water.
Our three-bedroom cottages are very spacious, located just 250 feet from the water.
On grounds is a playground, tennis court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, as is our large beach, floating dock and protected swimming area sloping gently from shore to 15 feet.
Our lighted dock complex can handle watercraft up to 28 feet.
In business since 1953, Cool-Ledge is a resort destination for families who love the lake and everything it has to offer. We are located on Basin Bay, 2.6 miles south of Bolton Landing, 2.97 miles west of Pilot Knob, and 7.8 miles north of the public docks in Lake George Village. A vacation on Lake George has a lot to offer. From boating and fishing to skiing and swimming to just relaxing and enjoying the view, there is something for everyone here to enjoy.
